Don't watch Boston Legal...
It's just wretched, wretched right wing propaganda...
I used to like the show. Great actors, great characters. Funny yet dramatic. Nice viewing for 10:30 pm on a tuesday.
But the last couple of episodes absolutely shocked me.
The first one was about intelligent design. A headmaster had sacked some teachers because they refused to teach intelligent design as an alternative theory. Now I thought it would really be replay of the Dover trial... but nooooo! In the Boston Legal version, the Intelligent Design supporters actually win the case!! I was shocked! What are they trying to say here...
Then the very next week... it'as about the documentary "outfoxed". A school prinicpal after seeing the documentary bans FOX from school TV's. Because it promotes separatism and right wing extremism. So the student sues him for violation of free speech.... And guess what? THe student wins!! Not only that... Liberalists are slapped a little for beeing extremists as well.
Then there was another one where a cop tortures the brother of a kidnapping suspect... and gets sued... and then there is the whole debate about torture and its legality and broad hints are made at Iraq.... and surprise, surprise... the cop wins!!
I am not watching this show again. It used to be good. Don't know what happened. I feel totally betrayed.... don't watch this nazi show...
